We keep things simple:

We roast to order and ship fresh within 2–3 business days.
Coffee is perishable, so we can’t take returns unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.
Merchandise and gear can be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original condition.
Prices may change, and we reserve the right to limit or cancel orders.
Shipping carriers sometimes experience delays outside of our control.
All content on our site is ours—please don’t use it without permission.
