At Cherry River Coffee Roasters, we take pride in roasting coffee to order so you always receive the freshest beans possible. Because of the perishable nature of coffee, we generally cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. However, your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Coffee Returns & Refunds

If there is an error with your order (wrong item, incorrect grind size, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

If your coffee arrives damaged, please email us a photo and your order number so we can send a replacement right away.

Taste is subjective, but if you’re unhappy with your coffee, reach out—we’d love the chance to help you brew it differently or recommend another roast that better suits your taste.
Merchandise & Equipment

Unused merchandise or brewing equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.
