All of our coffee is roasted to order to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 2–3 business days of being placed. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

  • We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions throughout the year—keep an eye on our newsletter and social media for updates.

Delivery Times

  • Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after leaving our roastery.

  • Please note that shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or inclement weather—once packages leave our hands, they’re in the care of the carrier.

Local Pickup & Wholesale

  • Local pickup is available at the roastery in Lansing, WV—please use promo code "PICKUP" for local pick up. Contact us via email at cherryriverroastingcompany@gmail.com for more information and details.

  • Wholesale accounts follow separate shipping terms, which we’ll share directly with partners.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at cherryriverroastingcompany@gmail.com so we can make it right.
